sugary drinks are responsible for at least 30% to 40% of your weight gain. That means no more bottled orange juice,
cranberry juice, apple juice, sodas including the diet ones.
Make a commitment to start drinking more and more water. Water is good for you.
Yes! Clean, thirsty refreshing water. Always remember the more water you drink, the more weight you lose and the
better you look.
You need to become a fruit addict. Yes! Eat more natural fruit, Apples, oranges,
mangoes, pineapple, pear, tangerines....etc. Not the fruit drinks, but the real fruits. The drinks are poison to
your losing weight.
What ever food you decide to eat, consume only 50% to 70% of what is on your
plate. The more you do this, the less power food will have over you and the much better you will feel. You need to
get back in control of your taste bud.
Eliminate all tobacco, drugs and alcohol from your system. A quick simple exercise
to get rid of any bad habit is this: Take a piece of paper and write 21 times the habit you want to break. For
example "I will refrain from smoking, starting from today I will refrain from smoking" You notice I did not use the
words "never" or "will" because it creates confusion to the subconscious. You must do this when under the influence
of the habit. Take the piece of paper and burn it. You might have to do this for 7 days to be deadly
effective.
By now you must be feeling very good about yourself. The more you follow this
suggestions the better you will feel and the better you feel the more you will want to follow this suggestions. Get
yourself a gym membership and start your workout. Start walking two or three blocks everyday, increasing the daily
number of daily walks.
Delicious foods will call your name, but please do not obey their commands;
friends will offer you temptations because you're starting to look your finest, resist with all your might. Think,
react and ask questions before you eat anything and you will start to see yourself emerge into a new world of good
